This square bottom paper bag making machine is a roll fed machine that turns primary color or pre-printed kraft paper rolls into square bottom paper bags in one pass. It is the workhorse for grocery bags, shopping bags and takeaway paper bags, and it runs the full process automatically – roll unwinding with hydraulic feeding, automatic web guide and constant tension, side gluing, printing electric eye tracking, paper tube forming, bottom creasing, bottom gluing and bag collecting.
The square bottom paper bag making machine is offered in the FD220, FD330, FD450, FD450B and FD540 models, covering bag widths from 80 mm to 540 mm. A 2 color or 4 color printing group, a bag surface window lamination device and a handgrip hole device can be added according to your bag design, and flat handle or twisted paper handle attaching devices are available as options.

This machine is composed of roll unwinding (hydraulic feeding, automatic web guide, constant tension), side gluing, printing electric eye tracking, base paper into cylinder, fixed-length traction cutting, bag bottom indentation opening, bag bottom gluing, bag bottom molding, bag sending etc.The whole machine is controlled centrally by PLC touch screen and servo motor controls the length of paper bag.

It can pretend 2 color /4 color printing group, bag surface window lamination device and handgrip hole device according to your need.

Can be matched with rope twisting, flat rope handlebar machine, rewinding machine, etc., to make the products more competitive and diversified.
