This roll fed square bottom paper bag machine integrates an inline 4 color flexo printing unit, so printing, side gluing and square bottom bag forming are completed in one continuous production line. There is no separate printing machine and no second handling of the paper roll, which means less paper waste, fewer operators and a shorter lead time for every order.
The square bottom paper bag machine with inline 4 color printing is built for brand owners and bag converters who want their own logo on every bag: grocery bags, shopping bags and takeaway bags are printed in 4 colors and then formed into square bottom paper bags at high speed, using kraft paper or white paper rolls. This machine is composed of roll unwinding (hydraulic feeding, automatic web guide, constant tension), side gluing, printing electric eye tracking, base paper into cylinder, fixed-length traction cutting, bag bottom indentation opening, bag bottom gluing, bag bottom molding, bag sending etc.The whole machine is controlled centrally by PLC touch screen and servo motor controls the length of paper bag.

Options:
It can pretend 2 color /4 color printing group, bag surface window lamination device and handgrip hole device according to your need.

Because printing and bag making share one line, the same order can be produced with a smaller machine footprint and lower labour cost than two separate machines.
